Pyrate Calendar
An optional calendar connection for personal-service businesses, from Pyrate, Inc. The separate Calendar connection is being prepared for release.
Your appointments and existing events, together
Sync approved Pyrate appointments to your primary Google calendar. Appointment changes update the matching event; cancellations remove it. Booking events can include the client's name, appointment description, business location and appointment times. See existing Google event titles and times alongside your Pyrate schedule as blocked time. Calendar change notifications help refresh that view.
A separate choice from Gmail
Calendar connects separately from Pyrate's optional Gmail assistant. The Calendar permission covers event access and the email address identifying the connected Google account; it does not provide inbox or email-sending access. You can use Calendar without the Gmail assistant, and the two connections can use different Google accounts.
Control your connection
Disconnect the new Calendar connection in account settings or revoke access in your Google account. Disconnecting in Pyrate removes its saved Calendar credentials, clears its temporary event cache, stops further access and attempts to remove Pyrate-created Google events. Independently connected Gmail stays connected. Users of an older combined Google connection will reconnect Calendar through the new setting during migration; disconnecting an older combined grant can affect both features.
